My goal in life is become a great fashion designer. I'm always gathering inspiration from everywhere and everything I do. I knew I wanted to do Oceanography because I'm deeply drawn to the sea and all it's mysteries. In learning all that I have about the ocean I plan to apply it to my workmanship in fashion. I still have a lot to learn about the sea but I feel that I've taken a great step in the right direction by taking this course. The last part of the course informed me about the possibilities of a career in oceanography which really caught my attention and got me thinking about the amazing career I could follow. Maybe in my next life as I already have found what truly makes me happy. I'm especially excited to apply what I've learned in this class to my costume design. I'm always working with film or plays and I can see how I can put all I've learned in this aspect of my career. All and all I've had a great, but none the less challenging, time in this course. My other goal is to take the second half of this course which, I believe, calls for fieldwork in studying the ocean. I'm more of a on hands learner so this is going to be fun! Wish me luck!
